Very helpful to guests, location in city centre, size of the room, breakfast. Will for sure sleep here again when in the region. Call in advance to get directions for hotel and parking - everything easy when you make the phone call.
Difficult to find. But they are very helpful on phone. Simple solution = call them.

The hotel is very good. It is located in a few steps from the center of the city in a quiet place. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Room was big and clear. The kitchen in the apartments was equipped with all the basic stuff, so it was comfortable to stay there with a small child.
It was quite difficult to find the hotel's parking first time... and one small disadvantage was that we expected shampoo and shower gel for every day but we had it only once when arrived.

Spacious room, all new. Next to town square, shops, restaurants & city centre.
Parking space a bit difficult to find when you arrive first time.

Excellent location, condition of accommodation, and most friendly and helpful staff. Quiet. The city is very interesting and the surrounding area excellent for hiking, as well as trips to historic places.
This is not a compaint but the place is not so easy to find because the building is located in an inner court and accessible through a narrow passage from the main street. Moreover, the street is not accessible to cars during most of the day. While this is a bit of a disadvantage, the flip side is that the place is very quiet.

The staff was nice. The room was very clean and modernly furnished.
The location is fine with respect to the city center, but it's a bit of a walk (around 100m) from the street, through a passage that's not very pleasant to walk. Also the parking is inconvenient - it's down a steep alley from the hotel, so taking the bags up that alley was quite tiring.

The hotel is just a few steps from the historic centre of Liberec situated in a pedestrian zone. As a family of 4 we booked a room for 3 people with an extra bed. The hotel owner offered us a family apartment instead that was more appropriate to our needs. We were also sent detailed instructions and a map how to find the parking. The hotel and the rooms are very nice, spatious and clean. The breakfast was plentiful. Credit cards are accepted. The hotel owner and his wife seem to go an extra mile to make guests happy.

Very nice modern hotel and rooms hidden away down an alleyway off one of the main shopping streets the owners are very friendly and speak good English. Room superb and very quiet.
The graffit covered signs in the alleyway entrance and the alleyway would put many people off from more developed countries but this being the Czech Republic don't let this put you off.

very spacious and clean rooms and excellent location in the very center of the city
although it is (probably) not the hotel's fault, we did not appreciate the 3% extra charge for paying by credit cards so we chose to pay cash in stead, please also note most of the activities as stated on the Booked.net site are not in the hotel (only sauna is) but probably quite closeby
